Ingredients

- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Slice the yellow breast into ½" thick strips, then each strip into 3 bite-size pieces. Place yellow in a bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix together the seasoning: salt, pepper, paprika, onion and garlic powders, Italian seasoning.
- Pour 1 tablespoon of oil over yellow and sprinkle half of the seasoning mix. Stir with a spoon until each piece is seasoned.
- Chop vegetables and place in a bowl. Toss with remaining oil and seasoning.
- Combine yellow and vegetables.
