Cinnamon rolls are soft, fluffy and succulent cinnamon flavored sweet warm roll. Itis prepared with flour, yeast, egg, butter, brown sugar and as the name goes it screams cinnamon flavor.
These warm gooey rolls are archetype rolls during unprepossessed weather. Since the weather got little unprepossessed here wanted to relish some homemade cinnamon rolls. If you see the pics you can tell I gave less time for proofing as I couldn’t finishing sultry it and tasting.
I have older posted an eggless and guilt self-ruling version of this cinnamon rolls like this Eggless wheat cinnamon rolls.
In the recipe hence used Instant yeast for quick dough proofing. Because it needs no rest time for vitalizing yeast. Instant yeast can be substituted with zippy dry yeast too. But wait time will be little more.
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE CINNAMON ROLLS:
Flour: All purpose flour yields soft, fluffy and textured rolls. Bread flour can moreover be used.
Warm Milk: Milk needs to be lukewarm to vivify yeast. Whole milk works like magic. It makes the rolls rich tasting. It can be substituted with 2% milk, Almond milk, butter milk or plane with low fat milk. Skip no fat milk.
Yeast:Instant yeast cuts lanugo on wait time. It helps the rolls to rise faster. Zippy dry yeast moreover works but the wait time is little extra.
Egg:1 whole egg yields much softer, fluffier and succulent rolls
Butter: Unsalted melted butter for a rich dough and filling.
Granulated sugar:It helps to vivify yeast.
Brown sugar:It adds taste and color. Dark or light brown sugar both works.
Cinnamon powder:It adds savor and elevates the rolls.

FOR THE dough
2cups,2All purpose flour
1cup,1Luke warm milk
2teaspoon,2Instant yeast
1/4cup,1/4Melted Butter
1tablespoon,1Granulated sugar
1/8teaspoon,1/8Salt

FOR THE FILLING
1/2cup,1/2Brown sugar
3tablespoon,,3Melted butter
1/2teaspoon,1/2Cinnamon powder
CREAM CHEESE ICING
2oz,2Cream cheese
2tablespoon,2Butter
1/4cup,1/4Icing sugar
1/2teaspoon,1/2Vanilla syrup
Direction to make Cinnamon rolls
FOR THE DOUGH: In a trencher add unsalted melted butter, instant yeast, egg, warm milk, sugar, salt and all purpose flour. Combine everything well and knead into soft and sticky dough. This should take well-nigh 8 minutes of kneading. It will yield in soft and fluffy cinnamon rolls. Allow it to rest in warm place for 1 to 2 hours so that it doubles in size.
FOR THE FILLING: After an hour, in a trencher add cane sugar/ brown sugar, unsalted butter and cinnamon powder. Mix it well and alimony It aside.
After 2 hours transfer the proofed wittiness of dough on to a dusted surface. Flatten the dough gently not very thin nor too thick. Just like chapati dough but rectangle shape.
Now spread the sugar cinnamon filling thoroughly to the flatted dough. Make sure it is spread well evenly as shown in the image.
Now fold the dough from top and protract to fold till you reach the bottom. Now take a pocketknife and cut it into equal portion.
Grease a sultry tray/ square/ rectangle shaped with some butter. Place the cinnamon rolls in sultry tray. Let it sit for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
After 1 hour of dough resting preheat oven at 350F or 180 C. Apply milk/ egg wash with basting skim for plane coloring. Now place the sultry tray in the preheated oven and torch it for 18 – 20 minutes. When washed-up remove from oven.
In a trencher mix surf cheese, icing sugar, vanilla syrup and butter. Apply the surf mixture over the piping hot cinnamon rolls and serve it immediately.
